Those of you who are still on 3.7X firmware and do not want to upgrade to the latest firmware pushed by Sony which is 4.00, or are hesitant to upgrade due to the numerous bugs found in 4.00 firmware. PS3 developer cotojestwtf has just a released a nifty tool for you to use. This tool is called Yet Another Bypass. What this tool does is similar to that of FckPSN, and will bypass the need to update to 4.00 OFW. It is to be noted however, that Yet Another Bypass v1.0 will only work with 3.7X firmware, and not on 3.55. For those of you who are on 3.55 are still out of luck with this application. Here is a a how to use guide posted by the developer.
1. Start bat file YABStart
2. Set up on PS3/Proxy Seetings IP: of your computer
3. Set up on PS3/Proxy Seetings Port: 27 u can change them on config folder (port.txt)
4. Connect on PSN
Succesfully bypassed 4.00 on 3.72/3.73
NOTE:
-If you want turn off proxy, you must do it on your TASK MANAGER (CTRL + ALT + Delete). Search process PS3YAB.exe.
-No It no gain you PSN on CFW.
You can download all stuff from PSStore without error.
